Designed for use in preparation of living cells for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis. A protein transport inhibitor (Brefeldin A) is included for treatment of cells during culture, to cause accumulation of cytokine protein at the Golgi and enhance resulting staining.
For staining with antibodies against transcription factors and nuclear proteins (e.g. Foxp3 and Ki-67), cytokines and chemokines. Should be used with the Permeabilization Buffer. All three components sold together as the Foxp3 / Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set.
