Gene Fusion Detection Technology

Using FusionSync™ technology, Oncomine Assays on the Genexus System offer two essential elements of fusion detection: successful sequencing and sensitivity. FusionSync enables fusion detection with limited tissue amounts and with low levels of variants in the sample so you may detect key fusions through:

Precision Assay

Targets mutations of 50 genes and performs enhanced fusion detection of multiple isoforms and novel fusions from DNA or RNA with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) or plasma samples.

Comprehensive Assay
