Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) is used extensively as a carrier protein to dilute antibodies and as a general blocking agent in immunoassays and immunodetection protocols. Physical State: Freeze-dried solid Storage: Store freeze-dried powder at 2-8°C. Weigh out desired amount and dissolve in desired buffer. Prepare working dilution fresh each day.
Human Serum Albumin 25 % solution: 25ml. This product is optimized for use as an active reagent in tissue culture systems. Each lot is qualified to support Human cell cultures for growth and profileration. Formulated for use in a 5% CO2 humidified incubator.
This ultrapure grade of bovine serum albumin (BSA) can be used as a diluent or a blocking agent. It is free of the impurities often present in other grades of BSA that can introduce artifacts or increase background staining in immunohistochemical assays, ELISAs, or blot-based protein detection.
Bovine serum albumin is a model protein in various studies and is made up of 583 amino acids. It is a water-soluble protein with a molecular weight of 66.4kDa. Six α-helices form three homologous domains of BSA. Depending on pH, it undergoes reversible conformational isomerization. The native structure of the protein becomes reactive and flexible on heating. A heat shock fraction, lyophilized powder, essentially fatty acid free, ≥98% (agarose gel electrophoresis)
Bovine Serum Albumin (IgG-Free, Protease-Free)
Heat shock fraction, protease free, fatty acid free, essentially globulin free, pH 7, ≥98%, Synonym: Albumin bovine serum, BSA, Bovine albumin. Bovine Serum Albumin has been used: as a constituent of the medium used for the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells, in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and sandwich ELISA, and to permeabilize fetal cortical cells.

Recombinant Protein;25UG;Biotinylated Mouse Serum Albumin, His,Avitag (MSA-M82E4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Glu 25 - Ala 608 (Accession # P07724-1).;This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 69.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 66-80 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
