Bio-Active Lipid I Screening Library (96-Well) 50ul
Natural products are an unsurpassed source of chemical diversity and an ideal starting point for any screening program for pharmacologically active small molecules. Historically, natural products have been the most successful source of new drugs. The SCREEN-WELL Natural Product library offers over 500 isolated natural compounds of known structure and includes many compounds from ethnopharmacology. Compounds are provided in solution in DMSO. Individual compounds or subsets can be resupplied in gram quantities. Contents: 502 compounds including compounds from the following classes of products: Terpenoids, Peptolides, Flavones, Coumarins, Alkaloids, Macrolides, Isoflavones, Synthetic derivates and many more. Application: HTS. Use/Stability: Stable for at least one year from the date of receipt when stored at -80°C. Long Term Storage: -80°C

The GABAergics Ligands plate is 1 plate of the larger Neurotransmitter Library (BML-2810) which contains over 650 CNS receptor ligands. Long Term Storage: -80°C. Applications: HTS .
Chemical. CAS 183241-73-8. Formula C12H15NO4 . C2H3O2. MW 237.3 . 59.0. Lac-Phe is an exercise-inducible metabolite, also called exerkine, that suppresses feeding and obesity. Lac-Phe is increased heavily with exercise in mammals and acts to reduce food intake and potentially decrease overall body weight and fat mass. In diet-induced obese mice, pharmacological administration of Lac-Phe led to decreased food intake, adiposity and body weight, as well as improved glucose homeostasis, while movement and energy expenditure were not affected. The biosynthesis of Lac-Phe from lactate and phenylalanine occurs in CNDP2 cells, including macrophages, monocytes and other immune and epithelial cells.
DiscoveryProbe™ Autophagy Compound Library Plus is a unique collection of 837 autophagy-related compounds for autophagy research. A QUANTIZYME Assay System. The MMP-2 Fluorometric (also known as fluorimetric) Drug Discovery Kit is a complete assay system designed to screen inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2, gelatinase A) using a quenched fluorogenic peptide: OMNIMMP fluorogenic substrate Mca-Pro-Leu-Gly-Leu-Dpa-Ala-Arg-NH. Mca fluorescence is quenched by the Dpa group until cleavage by MMPs at the Gly-Leu bond separates the two moieties. The assays are performed in a convenient 96-well microplate format. The kit is useful to screen inhibitors of MMP-2, a potential therapeutic target. Included are active enzyme, assay buffer, a prototypic control inhibitor (NNGH3), and a detailed instruction booklet. Alternative Name: Gelatinase A, 72 kDa Type IV collagenase. Applications: Fluorescent detection, HTS, Activity assay. Contents: MMP-2 enzyme (human) (recombinant), substrate, calibration standard, inhibitor, assay buffer, 96-well white microplate.
