Adult Bovine Serum; 500ML
A self-contained system for detecting the presence of Tritrichomonas foetus, the parasite that causes bovine trichomoniasis. The system is simple to use and allows for collection, transport, and detection of the parasite. The proprietary medium is highly selective for T. foetus and inhibits the growth of other organisms that can interfere with a reliable diagnosis. These gold standard products provide selective media, offering several key advantages over PBS-based sample transport. | Detects: Tritrichomonas foetus | Available in: 100 pack
Normal Bovine Serum
NC0631565 ADULT BOVINE SERUM 100ML
Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) is used for various biochemical applications including ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay), high content screenining assays, western blotting, FACS Buffer and immunohistochemistry. BSA as a blocking reagent is particularly useful with casein-sensitive antibodies, such as phospho-specific antibodies. Also used as a nutrient in cell and microbial culture. In restriction digests, BSA is used to stabilize some enzymes during digestion of DNA and to prevent adhesion of the enzyme to reaction tubes and other vessels. Bovine Serum Albumin can also be used to determine the quantity of other proteins, by comparing an unknown quantity of protein to known amounts of BSA.
Bovine Serum Albumin Standard Grade 100g

Normal Bovine Serum
The System is our All-In-One kit (without serum) optimized to elevate your experiments by providing everything needed to plate, culture, passage, and freeze cells in a convenient and consistent manner. Medium requires addition of 5-20% serum (not included) based on user's experiment. This kit includes 2x500mL Medium without serum (4Z3-500), 2x5mL CultureBoost animal-derived growth supplement to complete medium, 1x100mL Attachment Factor to enhance cell attachment, 1x50mL Cell Freezing Medium, and 1 set 100mL Passage Reagent Group (PRG) for cell release. PRG contains 3 parts: 1x100mL PRG-1 (EDTA-dPBS Solution), 1x100mL PRG-2 (Trypsin/EDTA-dPBS Solution) & 1x100mL PRG-3 (Trypsin Inhibitor-dPBS Solution). Large quantities?
