Anton Paar Measuring system DG26/SS - Stainless steel 26mm cup and bob double gap measuring system for ViscoQC 100 & ViscoQC 300
Measuring system consisting of bob B-DG26 and cup C-DG26/SS for measurement according to DIN 54453. The stainless steel hollow measuring bob is equipped with Toolmaster and magnetic coupling. A stainless steel hook connects the spindle body of the bob to the magnetic coupling. Dihydrorhodamine 123 itself is non-fluorescent, but it readily enters cells and is oxidized by oxidative species or by cellular redox systems to the fluorescent rhodamine 123 that accumulates in mitochondrial membranes. Dihydrorhodamine 123 is useful for detecting reactive oxygen species including superoxide (in the presence of peroxidase or cytochrome c) and peroxynitrite.
