Dispensing burets, manufactured from borosilicate glass and fitted with a chemical-resistant, self-lubricating PTFE stopcock, are used for dispensing large liquid volumes both rapidly and accurately. The PTFE stopcock plug reduces freezing while eliminating lubricant contamination. The tips of dispensing burets are carefully drawn before they are ground to reduce chipping, while the barrel's smooth micro-finish provides leak-resistance and a precision fit. Dispensing burets are also available with a permanent colored scale.
