Fisher Chemical™ Optima™ LC/MS solvents are tested using advanced UHPLC technology coupled with PDA detection optics. Each lot of Optima LC/MS solvents is screened in the 200 to 400 nm wavelength range for UV-absorbing contaminants that could create interferences. Optima LC/MS solvents are formulated for UHPLC/UV methods that require mobile phases free of UV-absorbing 2 interference.
These ready-to-use aqueous and organic mobile phase blends are pre-blended with Optima LC/MS formic acid or trifluoroacetic acid for UHPLC/UV and UHPLC/MS applications. They’re filtered to 0.1μm for use with UHPLC separation and produced in ISO 9001-certified facilities to ensure lot-to-lot consistency.
