Each lot of Optima LC/MS solvents is screened in the 200 to 400 nm wavelength range for UV-absorbing contaminants that could create interferences. Optima LC/MS solvents are formulated for UHPLC/UV methods that require mobile phases free of UV-absorbing 2 interference.
