Serum Bottles
Serum Bottles
Glass and plastic serum bottles are noted for their versatility and, because of their strong resistance, are capable of containing most solid, liquid and powdered samples and specimens. Serum bottles typically accept standard stoppers and seals to protect against spilling or outside contaminants. Serum bottles are used for batch drying on a tray and can be connected to drying chamber and manifold valve ports. Serum bottles are also excellent for short- and long-term storage, as well as injectable drug and vaccine containers and for lyophilization, or freeze-drying. Plastic serum bottles are impact resistant and lightweight, while glass serum bottles are resistant to numerous lab chemicals and provide complete clarity.
