Perform simultaneous, three-channel fluorescence imaging with Laxco™ SLi3Pro and SLi6Pro Fluorescence Microscopes.

Powering On

Turn on the power for the microscope and all required components and accessories.

Staging and Observation Mode

Place specimen on microscope stage and select visual observation mode. Choose the appropriate objective magnification and locate cells to be imaged.

Darkfield Contrast

Select extended darkfield contrast to provide optimum contrast and assist in locating desired cells.

Imaging

Bring area of interest into focus and, if satisfied, engage camera to bring the live fluorescence image on to the screen.

Image Capture

Adjust individual channel intensities and capture a live, three-channel fluorescence image.
