Achieve precise quantitation of dsDNA or RNA samples with stand-alone Qubit nucleic acid standards. The Qubit standards can be used in conjunction with different Qubit or Quant-iT nucleic acid quantitation assay kits and offer stand-alone versions of the kit standard for performing additional assays.

Qubit 1X dsDNA HS Assay Lambda Standard
Qubit 1X dsDNA HS Assay Lambda Standard can be used with either Qubit 1X dsDNA HS Assay Kits, Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kits, or their corresponding Quant-iT Assay Kits. The standards are supplied at the same concentration as the highest concentration dsDNA standard (10 ng/μL) in the Quant-iT Assay Kits and can be diluted into the standard series.

Qubit 1X dsDNA BR Standards
Qubit 1X dsDNA BR (Broad Range) Standards can be used with either Qubit 1X dsDNA BR Assay Kits, Qubit dsDNA BR Assay Kits, or their corresponding Quant-iT Assay Kits. The Qubit 1X dsDNA BR Standards includes standards at two concentrations, 0 and 100 ng/μL. The high standard corresponds to the same concentration as the highest concentration dsDNA standard in the Quant-iT Assay Kits and can be diluted into the standard series.

Qubit RNA XR Assay RNA Standard
Qubit RNA XR Standard can be used with either Qubit RNA XR Assay Kit or Quant-iT RNA XR Assay Kit. It is supplied at the same concentration as the highest concentration RNA standard in the Quant-iT RNA XR Assay Kit and can be diluted into the standard series. This standard cannot be used as a replacement for the large and/or structured standard in the Qubit RNA IQ Assay.

Qubit RNA IQ Assay Standards
Qubit RNA XR Standard can be used with either Qubit RNA XR Assay Kit or Quant-iT RNA XR Assay Kit. It is supplied at the same concentration as the highest concentration RNA standard (8000 ng/μL) in the Quant-iT RNA XR Assay Kit and can be diluted into the standard series. This standard cannot be used as a replacement for the large and/or structured standard in the Qubit RNA IQ Assay.

Note: Use thin-wall, clear, 0.5-mL PCR tubes (Cat. No. Q32856) for the Qubit 4 fluorometer and 8 x 200-μL tube strips (Cat. No. Q33252) for the Qubit Flex fluorometer.
