Description

Simply add template and primers, reducing set-up time by half. PCR SuperMix contains Mg2+, dNTPs, and recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase at concentrations sufficient for routine PCR of fragments up to 5kb. PCR SuperMix is supplied at a 1.1X concentration to allow approximately 10% of the final reaction volume to be used for the addition of primer and template solutions.
