- Vial inserts for 1.5 mL large opening vials [0.1 mL, clear glass conical (with bottom spring)] allow the use of smaller sample volumes with standard autosampler vials.
- Inserts are generally chosen based on the inner diameter of the vial neck.
- Large opening vials (6 mm ID) require a 6 mm OD insert.
- Clear glass conical inserts used with CTC LC PAL autosamplers.
