Auto Sampler AS 8030 can perform multiple sample measurements continuously including rinsing and drying the measuring cell and tubes in conjunction with KEM DA-860, DA-850, and DA-840 series. In addition, we improved the drying time by using a high-volume drying pump and also enhanced the rinsing performance by using 2 kinds of rinse liquids. Moreover, the instrument has inherited the pressurized measurement function that returns the bubbles generated during sampling such as gasoline into the sample solution. With these improvements, the AS-8030 autosampler can provide operators with a convenient and highly reliable fully automatic measurement system. The number of sample positions is 30 and the size of sample vials is 20mL.

For use with Autosamplers, these pans are used to prepare sample materials for your DSC Autosampler. These pans and covers are hermetically sealed and may also be used for non-robotic systems.
The Biocolor Sircol™ Soluble Collagen Assay is a quantitative assay for measurement of both acid-soluble and pepsin-soluble collagens. The colorimetric assay is a dye-binding method using Sircol™ Dye Reagent, which contains Sirius Red dye in picric acid. This kit is suitable for all soluble mammalian collagens, Types I to V. The assay can assess the rate of newly synthesized collagen. New collagen is produced during periods of rapid growth and development. New collagen is also generated during inflammation, wound healing and tumor development. The Sircol™ Assay can monitor collagen produced in situ, or during in-vitro cell culture. It can also measure in-vitro extracellular matrix (ECM) formation. Sensitivity: 1.0 µg. Assay Run Time: 1.5 hours. NOTE: This assay is not suitable for covalent cross-linked collagen.
These high pressure pans and covers contain a sample in a sealed environment throughout an experiment. This ensures that the heat generated from vaporization or a volatile reaction does not interfere with the analyzer's measurements.
Glass specimen vial has a high-purity certified 12.7 mm SEM pin stub mounted into the plastic cap. It is ideal for collecting forensic evidence with minimum interference and/or contamination from the sampler. The specimen arrives at the lab ready for carbon coating for SEM/EDX investigation. The Forensic Field Sampler can be securely stored in the glass specimen vial and easily shipped with the cap holding the sampler stub in place. Vial is 25 mm OD x 55 mm high.
Pin length: 6 mm
The first essential step in grain grading is to obtain a correct and representative sample. Cars, trucks, wagons or barge loads should be sampled with a double tube probe in five or more places. Also used for plastics, Seedburo probes are made to conform to USDA specifications. They are constructed from extra heavy gauge tubing for durable, time-tested sampling. Open-ended probes without partitions are more convenient to empty and are widely used by the grain elevator operators for obtaining samples from truck loads. After sample is obtained, probe is held upright and sample is dumped from the handle. Grain probes are used by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and by all grain inspectors. There is a separate compartment for each individual opening. Samples from these probes can be emptied on a grain sampling canvas.
