BD Rhapsody Cell Analysis Products
Targeted RNA-Seq and Multiplexing Technologies
The BD Rhapsody™ portfolio of products helps you answer biological questions using a sensitive, targeted approach to single-cell analysis. Researchers can interrogate gene expression from hundreds to tens of thousands of single cells from one or multiple samples simultaneously.
- Portable and affordable system for single-cell studies
- Captures sensitive and fragile cell types to generate unbiased data
- Enables multiomics studies
- No power cords or complicated software/training
BD Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit
With this kit, instead of running one sample per single-cell capture, you can pool up to 12 samples to minimize batch effects and reduce time to discovery and experimental costs.
BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Analysis System
This system enables the high-throughput capture of multiomic information from single cells using a simple cartridge workflow and a multitier barcoding system. When used along with the BD Rhapsody Scanner, you can review quality control measures at different stages of the workflow, such as cell capture rate and cell multiplet rate, to make informed decisions or troubleshoot experiments, if necessary, before expensive sequencing.
BD Rhapsody HT Xpress System
This decentralized, portable, easy-to-use option enables single-cell capture, bead-based mRNA isolation, and bead retrieval right at your bench without having to move to a core lab. It generates reliable, unbiased data and is compatible with the BD Rhapsody Scanner for visual workflow quality control.
BD Rhapsody Targeted Single-Cell RNA-Seq Panels
Targeted gene expression assays are an efficient way to screen hundreds of genes at once, which provide a cost-effective, more sensitive detection of low abundant transcripts than WTA assays. With this targeted approach you can remove high expressers to eliminate excessive, costly sequencing reads.
- Immune Response Panel (Human)
- Immune Response Panel (Mouse)
