Features bi-level assayed control
Triage D-Dimer Test is a rapid, quantitative immunoassay to aid in assessing and evaluating patients with suspected disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and thromboembolic events including pulmonary embolism (PE) and deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Diazyme D-Dimer Assay is for the quantitative determination of fibrinogen/fibrin degradation products (D-Dimer) in human plasma.
For use with DIMERTEST™ Latex kit for the rapid qualitative or semiquantitative evaluation of circulating derivatives of cross-linked fibrin degradation products (XL-FDP) in human plasma.
For the quantitative determination of cross-linked fibrin degradation products (D-dimers) in human plasma on Siemens Sysmex™ Coagulation Systems.

This standard should be reconstituted in 100 ¿L Milli-Q grade water. The reconstituted analyte should be used within 60 minutes or aliquoted into screw-capped polypropylene vials and stored at -20¿C for further experiments. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. One vial contains an amount of analyte sufficient for performing 10 standard curves.
The D/D Solubilizer is a membrane-permeant ligand that solubilizes complexes formed by proteins fused to the self-assembly domain (DmrD), provided in the iDimerize Reverse Dimerization System (Cat. No. 635066).
The DIMERTEST™ Latex Assay is intended for the rapid qualitative or semiquantitative evaluation of circulating derivatives of cross-linked fibrin degradation products (XL-FDP) in human plasma.
