  • Heat resistant up to 100°C (212°F).
  • Reasonably chemically resistant.
  • Compatible with X-Cell™ sample cups.
  • Cole-Parmer™ XRF window film serves as the sample window over our X-Cell sample cups, allowing for uniform transmission of x-rays while effectively containing the liquid sample.
  • Ultralene™ film offers the best balance between X-ray transmission, chemical resistivity, strength, and purity.
  • The 4 μm (0.16 mil) thickness allows for a greater degree of X-ray transmission and makes it ideal for light-element analysis.
  • It is heat resistant up to 100°C (212°F) and is reasonably resistant to acids, bases, and many organic chemicals, but can be attacked by aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons.
