Description
Anti Sera products provide qualitative tests for recognition of antigens on human red blood cells
- Using high-protein reagents prepared from human serum, Anti-D blood grouping reagent recognizes D (Rh0) antigens
- Anti-C (Anti-RH2), Anti-E (Anti-RH3), Anti-c (Anti-RH4) and Anti-e (Anti-RH5) blood grouping reagents are low-protein reagents prepared from human/mouse cell lines; used to recognize corresponding antigens on human red blood cells
- The control is prepared from pools of human serum tested and found to be negative for blood group antibodies
