Measure total residual chlorine quickly and accurately with the Thermo Scientific™ Orion™ Chlorine Electrodes. All forms of total residual chlorine are measured.

The method permits rapid analysis to be done at the sampling site, eliminating erroneous low readings due to Cl2 loss.

  • Method requires addition of two reagents to the sample before measurement
  • Electrode has a slope of about +29mV per decade increase in concentration
  • Calibration standards catalog number: 100ppm as Cl2 (977007)
  • Required ISA catalog number: 977010 iodide reagent; 977011 acid reagent
