Enrich and recover Salmonella spp. from food samples in a single step with Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ ONE Broth-Salmonella Base, when prepared with Thermo Scientific Oxoid ONE Broth-Salmonella Selective Supplement (SR0242).

ONE Broth-Salmonella Base is a highly nutritious and selective medium that allows recovery of Salmonella species within 16 to 20 hours. ONE Broth-Salmonella Base requires only a single enrichment medium step. When followed by inoculation onto Thermo Scientific™ Brilliance™ Salmonella Agar and the Thermo Scientific Oxoid Salmonella Latex Test, it forms the Oxoid™ Salmonella Precis™ method which reduces time to result over conventional culture methods. The Oxoid Salmonella Precis method is AFNOR validated.
