Description

The Neon NxT Electroporation System 10-μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the Neon NxT Electroporation System. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 10 μL, containing 5 x 104–2 x 105 adherent cells or 1 x 105–5 x 105 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 10-μL Neon NxT tips are ready to be washed and plated into a multi-well culture dish.
