Gram(+/-) bacteria, fungi, including A. fumigatus, C. albicans, N. crassa, S. cerevisiae, S.pombe, and mycelium, as well as spores, nematodes, pollen, and even mammalian cells are easily lysed in approximately 60 seconds with the FastPrep-96™ Instrument.
