Epitope mapping (by limited proteolysis of partially purified porcine kinesin) followed by immunoblotting has revealed that antibodies MAB3620, MAB3621 and MAB3622 react with differentsets of fragments. This antibody does not react with kinesin bound to taxol-stabilized microtubules. | |
