Description

The 50 L Thermo Scientific™ Conical Drum, top dispense, with clamps is utilized as part of the Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ Mixtainer™ system to support bioproduction mixing applications. Additional components of the system include the Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ Mixtainer™ BioProcess Container (BPC) with an integrated magnetic stir bar, a magnetic stirring plate, a support plate and a dolly. The optimized support hardware allows mixing, moving, storage, shipping and discharge of the BPC contents while maintaining sterility of the contents. Standard products are available for sterile liquid-to-liquid or powder-to-liquid mixing.

• Hydration of powdered media and buffers
• Sterile mixing of cell culture media with sera and reagents
• Sterile mixing of buffer solutions or other process fluids
• Pooling of sterile liquid fractions
