Stand-alone unit with datalogging capabilities; uses a removable standard SD memory card that is identical to types used in digital cameras.

Thermometer

• Covers -30° to +70°C (-22° to +158°F)
• Sealed bottle sensor is insulated from rapid temperature changes when refrigerator door is opened
• Solution in sealed bottle of GRAS (generally recognized as safe) material
