GeneRuler 1kb DNA Ladder, range 250 to 10,000bp can be labeled radioactively with T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (seeProtocol).

The ladder is supplied with 6X DNA Loading Dye, and it can be used in DNA sizing and approximate quanitification applications.
