This specialized anion-exchange column, combined with pulsed amperometric detection (PaD), delivers high-resolution separations. The unique Thermo Scientifica, c Dionexa, c MicroBeada, c pellicular structure of the Dionex CarboPac Pa1 resin gives it stability from pH 0-14 at all concentrations of buffer salts. The pellicular resin structure provides excellent mass transfer resulting in fast gradient re-equilibration.
