Description

Berichrom Heparin, a chromogenic factor-Xa–based activity reagent, is used for the monitoring of heparin therapy and the determination of unfractionated (UF) and low-molecular-weight (LMW) heparin in patient samples. The reagent is not influenced by platelet factor IV complexing of heparin and offers a low detection limit of 0.05 IU/mL in UF heparin.
