Description

- Employs rapid membrane enzyme immunoassay
- Membrane Device contains reaction Window with two vertical lines of immobilized antibodies for Stx1 and Stx2, plus anti-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) control line
- Sample is mixed with diluent and conjugate and applied to sample well
- Stx1 and/or Stx2 in sample bind to antibody-peroxidase conjugates and are subsequently captured by immobilized Stx1 and Stx2 specific monoclonal antibodies in test lines
- Positive control reaction is indicated by vertical dotted blue line
