- Components work synergistically within the AAV-MAX system to produce high AAV titers greater than 5 x 1010 vg/mL (unpurified)
- AAV-MAX transfection reagent - cationic lipid-based transfection reagent for helper virus-free triple transfection of high-density cultures
- AAV-MAX booster - chemically defined component that works with transfection reagent to achieve high transfection efficiency
- AAV-MAX enhancer - chemically defined component that enhances the production of AAV particles
- Robust transfection protocols are adaptable to large scale transfection
