2-Arachidonylglycerol is an endocannabinoid ester formed by arachidonic acid and glycerol that is expressed in the CNS at much higher levels than anandamide. Has neuromodulatory effects, and is a potent agonist of the GPR55, CB1, and CB2 receptors (EC50=3, 519, and 618 nM, respectively). Provided as 10 mg of dry powder. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
