Returning an Order

Making a return is easy through your fishersci.com account. Read our Returns and Refund Policy to find out if the product you ordered can be returned.

1. Log in to your fishersci.com account
2. From My Account drop down, select ‘Orders and Returns’
3. From the Order Status dashboard, navigate to the order details of the order you wish to process the return against.
4. At the bottom of the Order Details page, select the ‘Return Product’ green button to initiate the return
5. Choose the item to return, the quantity you wish to return, and select the reason for the return from the drop down menu, and add any additional comments you wish
6. Review product and order details​, agree with the Fisher Scientific Return Policy, and click the Submit button.
7. If your return is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive return instructions by email. If more information is needed, you’ll see a message indicating that customer service will be in touch by phone or email.
