The Evidence, the Experience, the Future

This complimentary, PACE-accredited webinar will help you learn more about methods to improve your tissue block archiving. Traceability and accountability of tissue blocks are critical components to patient management: If tissue blocks are misplaced, it may delay a diagnosis and damage the sample or your lab’s reputation. Even when properly archived, it can take a lot of time and effort to find and return the blocks you need — an estimated 3,000 manual work hours are spent annually for a laboratory that processes 100,000 tissue blocks per year.

Learning Objectives

This complimentary, PACE-accredited webinar will help participants:

  • Review U.S. and European tissue block archiving guidelines
  • Learn how one lab saved time and increased compliance with a tissue block archiving system
  • Identify best practices for archiving tissue blocks more efficiently
