The statistics are staggering: an estimated 29.1 million people in the United States have diabetes, including 8.1 million who are undiagnosed. Another 26 million people have undiagnosed kidney disease!

Untreated diabetes and kidney disease can lead to heart disease, kidney failure, stroke, blindness, pregnancy complications and the loss of limbs. With the current increase in the incidence of diabetes, US healthcare professionals need to be aware of the signs and symptoms of cardiorenal syndrome (CRS).

Join us to learn:

  • How diabetes is linked to CRS
  • The latest recommendations and guidelines for diagnosing and treating CRS
  • How to apply this knowledge to more effectively treat patients with diabetes or CRS
