Our Response to the COVID-19 Outbreak

Thank you for your ongoing support as we continue to deal with the effects of the global pandemic.

Please continue to reach out to your Fisher Scientific, Fisher Science Education, or Fisher Healthcare account manager for updates. We ask for your understanding as we do our best to respond to the large volume of customer inquiries.

If you are planning site closures or have reduced receiving hours that will impact your existing orders, please contact Customer Service to modify your deliveries.

Demand remains high for critical items such as personal protective equipment (PPE), hand sanitizer, disinfectants, and viral specimen collection kits, and therefore, our inventories are limited. We are prioritizing orders for those customers directly involved in containing the spread of COVID-19. This includes government, high-volume patient testing sites, first responders, healthcare customers, and workers supporting patient testing and vaccine development. 

Our core PPE and specimen collection suppliers are scaling their production to support us. We are also working with an expanded group of suppliers globally to increase our inventories and expediting freight modes wherever possible, but the recovery will take time.
