- The panel of assays in the TaqMan™ Array 96-well Human Heat Shock Proteins Plate targets genes from three of the most studied Heat shock protein families:
- 1) HSP90
- 2) HSP70
- 3) HSP60
- The heat shock protein family HSP40 (DNAJ), as well as small heat shock proteins from the HSP27, HSP10 and HSP110 families, are also included on the panel
- Additional genes on the panel include heat shock factors that regulate transcription of the heat shock proteins
