  • Determines accuracy and reproducibility of all the steps involved in the process of immunophenotyping, including red blood cell lysis, antibody staining, instrument performance and operator technique
  • Reference values are listed for 5 subsets of leukocytes: T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, and NK cells
  • CD-Chex Plus is assayed for normal levels of CD34 positive cells
  • CD-Chex Plus CD4 Low offers a depressed CD4 absolute number often indicated in patients with immunodeficiency diseases
  • Both offer 30-day open-vial stability and 90-day closed-vial stability
  • Compatible with Becton Dickinson and Beckman Coulter™ flow cytometry systems
  • CD-Chex Plus and CD-Chex CD4 Low are available in 2.5mL glass vials and 3.0mL cap-pierceable plastic vials; CD-Chex Plus is available in a 2.5 and 3.0ml fill
