Line Draw Plus aspirating syringes allow for blood sampling directly from an arterial line. The syringes use an advanced formula of dry lithium heparin for consistent and accurate readings. They are available with the following configurations: 1 mL Luer Slip Syringe, 3 mL Luer Lock Syringe, or 3 mL Luer Slip Slip Syringe.

Description

Advanced formula offsets both binding and dilution factors by artificially pre-adjusting each electrolyte and metabolite to its normal blood level. Provides consistent and accurate readings for pH, pCO2, pO2, Ca2+ , Mg2+ , Na+, K+, Cl-, CO-oximetry, glucose, and lactate.

  • Umbilical and arterial syringes contain a 23.5 IU/mL concentration of dry lithium heparin
  • Low-heparin arterial syringes have a 7 IU/mL concentration of dry lithium heparin
  • Anaerobic syringes contain 23.5 IU/mL of electrolyte-balanced liquid sodium heparin
