Expression Systems offers insect cell lines adapted to serum-free suspension culture in either ESF 921 or ESF AF. The availability of pre-adapted cells saves significant time and expense associated with the adaptation of cultures.
The Sf21 insect cell line (IPLB-Sf-21-AE) is derived from ovarian cells of Spodoptera frugiperda. Sf21 cells are adapted for suspension culture in ESF 921 or ESF AF and are available as a frozen vial or suspension culture.
