Rabbit anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Secondary Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific PA128549
Description
PA1-28549 detects Guinea Pig IgG from guinea pig samples. PA1-28549 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue) and immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue). The PA1-28549 immunogen is guinea Pig IgG whole molecule. Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20° C or below, avoiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Thermo Scientific Anti-Guinea Pig secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for guinea pig immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.Specifications
