Description
Pathromtin™ SL Reagent enables rapid screening for disorders of the intrinsic coagulation system and sensitively detects factors VIII and IX as well as the contact factors. In conjunction with deficient plasmas, it enables the individual factors of the intrinsic system to be quantified and permits diagnosis of hemophilia. It also can be used for monitoring therapy with unfractionated heparin.
