Mirus Bio™ Label IT™ Amine Modifying Reagent
Attach amine functional groups covalently to nucleic acids. The simplicity of this chemical labeling reaction allows one to control the level of modification. For labeling with hydrazine, amine, or amine-reactive dyes and attachment to activated glass surfaces or hydrazide-coated beads or plates.
Supplier: Mirus Bio™ MIR 3925
- Modify any DNA or RNA Template: Direct, covalent attachment of amine functional groups to any nucleic acid
- One-step chemical method: Easily and consistently control the density of nucleic acid modification
- Covalent mechanism: Permanent, nondestructive modification of nucleic acids which can then be conjugated to proteins or peptides, or attached to glass surfaces, or beads or plates
Labeling with Hydrazine, Amine or Amine-reactive dyes, attachment to activated Glass surfaces or Hydrazide-coated beads or plates
Sufficient to modify at least 25μg nucleic acid
Label IT™ Reagent, Label IT™ reconstitution solution, Labeling Buffer, solutions and G50 spin columns
