Description

Description

When transcribed with T7 RNA polymerase, the templates produce 7 RNA transcripts with lengths of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 750, and 1000 bases. They can be labeled with radioisotopes, biotin, or other nonisotopic modified nucleotides. They are ideal as size standards for ribonuclease protection assays and other applications where a low molecular weight RNA ladder is useful. One tube contain 5 μg (0.5mg/mL).
