PEP-027 is a 16 amino acid synthetic peptide whose sequence is derived from human PPARg2 and is absent in PPARg1. A COOH-terminal cysteine residue was added for conjugation to KLH. Using a solution with equal weights per unit volume of peptide and corresponding antibody will yield a solution with a large molar excess of peptide that is able to competitively bind the antibody.Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water.
