Description
Kit enables high school biology students to see the differences in human chromosomes, especially some of the chromosomal abnormalities which may occur in the human population, such as Klinefelter's Syndrome and Turner's Syndrome.
- Cells arrested in metaphase are microscopically photographed and enlarged to a workable size to form a metaphase plate
- A karyotype is constructed by cutting out the photographed chromosomes and arranging them in a particular order for study
