Super-soft, open-cell foam is thermally shaped and sealed around ESD safe, solvent-resistant handle to create a precision cleaning swab. Proprietary manufacturing process results in resilient foam cleaning tips that reduce abrasion related particle shedding while enabling efficient cleaning performance. 1800 Series Swabs are used during difficult tasks requiring precision cleaning of lubricant, epoxy, solder ball and solder flux residues.Widely used with IPA in aerospace, medical electronics, optics and disk drive industries
