- Qualified field technicians from Martin Technical conduct Electrical Safety Assessments involving the following criteria:
- Audits and inspections: Audits current electrical policy or arc flash program, inspects the current power grid and reviews the 1-line electrical drawings.
- Written Policies: Writes an electrical safety policy from scratch or audits current policy. Policies can be written to OSHA or internal standards or internal that might exceed OSHA regulations.
- Arc Flash Risk Assessments: Gather electrical data, engineering, calculations for NFPA 70A; and place appropriate labels on all electrical equipment.
- Qualified Person Program: Offers qualified training to all affected employees that work on or near electrically energized equipment.
- Electrical Safety Training: Provides relevant instructional programs from an arc flash refresher class to full-on qualified electrical worker (QEW) classes for yearly certifications.
- Consultation: Provides consultation services involving coordination of (electrical) study, circuit tracing, and electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Program Management: Offers a five-year turnkey program management solution that handles all facility electrical reliability systems from coordinating infared to switchgear maintenance to arc flash updates.
