Description
96-well CometSlide™ is a component of the CometAssay™ 96 or 96 well single cell gel electrophoresis assay, which permits the quantification of DNA damage in individual cells based on the migration of DNA structures in an electric field. Evaluation of the DNA “comet” tail shape and migration pattern allows for assessment of DNA damage, expressed as tail length, percent DNA in the tail and tail moment. 96-well CometSlide™ provides a convenient high-throughput, simple and reliable sample preparation, processing, analysis and storage format for the comet assay.
