Provide greater durability and chemical stability when using solvents with Thermo Scientific™ 8000 Series Silica Particle Size Standards, monodisperse silica microspheres used in instrument calibration and as spacers. Standards are calibrated and certified with NIST™ traceable mean diameters and are suitable for a wide variety of particle measurement applications.
- Standards are designed for applications requiring monodisperse inorganic spheres.
- Opaque spheres provide more contrast than polymer particles in optical and electron beams; like glass, silica has a much higher density that polystyrene.

|Unless otherwise stated, refrigerate (2° to 8°C) product when not in use but do not freeze. Store upright and keep bottle tightly sealed. Mix product with gentle inversion by hand or vortex mixer. Product comes with stir bar for continual mixing duriong sampling.|
